Turbastic was FlipnoteGIMP's old name on hatena from around may 2011-october 2012
around october 2012 he was banned for false reporters
though a few months later he came back with a new dsi (possibly) as FlipnoteGIMP
however unlike his old name turbastic which was popular he became infamous after changing his name to GIMP for unknown reasons
